I had a longer titration process than I initially expected, with more than one medication I chose to try, but it was still made a very smooth and positive experience overall thanks to having Jennifer Winnard as my specialist nurse. She was very clear, prompt to respond, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt that all of my concerns (at times the queries, doubts, and symptom/side effect logs I sent felt rather excessive!) were heard, and she offered various workable options to help me find the right eventual medication/dosage/schedule. I felt that my experience of any side effects, and any related decisions, were respected and never dismissed or rushed.

I was very nervous about starting stimulant medication for ADHD, but Jennifer was amazing. She answered all my questions and supported me fully through the titration period. I feel very comfortable now, in knowing i'll have her excellent support if i need it going forward. Highly recommended. Even my local pharmacist, who had dealt with her previously, spoke very highly of her. Thank you Jennifer. Sarah
